Kashiba is my prized and favorite of the three queens I have. She’s such a lovable, responsive, and interactive cat. She usually comes when she’s called and is quick to purr. Like most Bengals, she possesses at least one Superpower. She can get places I can’t always anticipate and finds things she wants to play with. That’s not always a welcome act, and it keeps me on my toes. She also enjoys fishing small pieces of paper out of the recycling bin, such as wadded-up store receipts, and playing with them endlessly. There’s always a touch of grey to otherwise delightful creatures. I have to laugh at these idiosyncrasies. She produces wonderfully sweet kittens with horizontal flow patterns and great type, characterized by breeders as having excellent structure and head style.

Mingo is an excellent girl who isn’t particularly flashy, but Apollo/Mingo cross produces outstanding kittens. They’re of good “type” (a term that implies good structure) and sometimes quite unusual. Temperaments are generally excellent, but they require a bit more socialization, which I provide before releasing them to a new home. Some from each litter have a superb temperament, while others develop into loving family members with care and attention, nurturing the sweet personality within. All of the kittens make great pets, with a Bengal intellect, athleticism, and a heartwarming, loyal personality.

Mingo is an outstanding producer of highly exotic, clear-coated kittens with striking rosetted patterns on larger, lean, muscular bodies. The head types are among the best you’ll find on a Bengal. Like most Bengals, she has some trait that needs improvement, and that is her tall ears. We strive for a shorter, more rounded top shape. I especially like the large, nocturnal eyes and the cool green color amidst her otherwise warm color. Most of these kittens have superb temperaments and great physical characteristics. While there may be one or two in a litter that display some fear and require extra time and love to socialize, they ultimately develop into fantastic companion animals.
